It is said Heal-over-Time and Damage-over-Time spells would soon be affected by haste. This information was from Ghostcrawler. And it is almost certainly that, immediately after the above change, Shadow Priests, who employ DoTS all along, see a nice buff. It is very natural that there are full of new changes in the PTR simply because it is PTR. Last weekend, Blizzard didn’t use the design of Shadow Word, Pain from that equation, anymore. As a result, it’s not affected by haste totally right now. According to Ghostcrawler, Blizzard surely thought shadow priest DPS was too high with all of their DoTs given a boost, so made some change. But remember, all of this is still on PTR. Some people may warmly welcome this change because they can get more wow money and wow items than before. The shadow priest, Misery, has an obvious change because of the above reason. If shadow priest DPS was too high, it was too high. It is regretful that Shadow Word: Pain had to be reduced, especially considering it is such an iconic spell for the spec and thinking about those who got it so early on in the class. Some people feel very happy about the hasted DoTs because DoTs as cast don't really scale with the gear -- they just sort of do their damage on their own. If haste would surely function that way, that would make shadow priests happy because they could seek more haste to enhance the damage from DoT. We have been in the wow gold sale business for many years so we are completely trustworthy.
